Meet with me weekly or bi-weekly to deepen your self-understanding, build coping skills, and get support making decisions that align with your personal values and goals. If you’re working with other providers, I’ll get in touch - because we’re all on the same team.

Over time, you will feel empowered to move beyond anxiety, guilt, and shame so you can live with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
